Vangard Digital is offering the MadgeTech range of dataloggers. The range includes temperature loggers for RTDs and thermocouples, pressure and temperature, humidity and temperature, intrinsically safe loggers, submersible pressure and temperature, load cell and strain gauge loggers, voltage and current, high speed transient and shock recorders, wind speed loggers and pH loggers.

The loggers are battery powered for standalone remote applications. The data is stored in a non-volatile solid-state memory. Remote connection by means of modem or RF communications for telemetry applications is also available The data is retrieved by plugging into an empty comm port on your PC or laptop, and the easy to use Windows-based software allows the user to effortlessly collect, display and analyse data. A variety of powerful tools allow the user to examine, export and easily print professional looking data. Typical applications for the MadgeTech range of dataloggers include:

* Food industry: food storage temperature, refrigerated perishable goods transportation, oven profiling, warehouse monitoring.

* Environmental: Environmental studies, water table studies, borehole monitoring, wind speed, humidity and temperature, water hammer.

* General industry: Chemical plants, compressors performance, food preparation and processing, hostile environment monitoring.

* Stress and shock: Laboratory drop testing, brake testing, aircraft turbulence measurement, shipment monitoring, fragility testing, railcar coupling, assembly line, load bolts, torque, position.
