Fuji's 'floating cell' sensor is the heart of this reliable range of pressure and differential pressure transmitters that have a good track record, both worldwide and in southern Africa. Accurate within ±0,07% of calibrated span and three-year stability of ±0,1% of maximum span, this qualifies these transmitters as 'fit and forget' instruments.
Fuji's miniaturised sensor has virtually zero hysteresis and the physical construction gives superior performance even when exposed to temperature variations, high static pressure, pressure over-ranging and even pressure spikes. These Smart Fuji transmitters have built-in protocols for both Fuji and Hart communications.
There is a full range of pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure and chemical seal units. The electronics can perform linearisation (up to 14 points), square root and selectable burnout output. Other options include exotic metals, hydro-seal for high-pressure hydrogen applications, digital indicators and lightening arrestors. Fuji's success in southern Africa is largely attributed to the instruments' long-term stability, competitive pricing, support and quick delivery from large stocks held in Johannesburg.
