The MKDSP 25 PCB terminal from Phoenix Contact enables large cross-section conductors to connect directly to the circuit board. This eliminates laborious and cost-intensive auxiliary constructions with ring cable connectors and preceding mounting rails. The screw PCB terminal in 15 mm pitch uses the tension sleeve principle and is designed for unrestricted approval for 600 V as specified in UL 1059 as well as for 1000 V and currents up to 125 A VDE.
The bond to the PCB is made quickly and safely using the wave soldering process. This allows flexible, time saving and user-friendly multicore wiring for conductors up to 25 mm2 with optional end sleeves and 35 mm2. The PCB terminal with integrated test socket is available as a single-terminal version with one-sided flange and as two to nine-terminal versions with and without side flange. There is a large labelling area suitable for clip-on labels and SK self-adhesive strips as well as direct printing.
