The new SMC/IDC design available from Actum Electronics has snap-in locking to the male connectors. A major benefit of the new design is its space-saving compared to the existing versions with ejector latches, which means additional space for component assembly on the PCB. The snap-in female connectors are mateable with male connector type Q with mounting clip.
Features:
* Number of contacts: 12, 26, 50, 68 and 80.
* Current rating: 1,2 A at 20°C (AWG 30) app. 550 mA.
* Test voltage: contact/contact 500 V eff; contact/ground 750 V eff.
* Contact resistance: greater than or equal to 2 MΩ.
* Insulation resistance: greater than or equal to 10 (4) MΩ.
* Temperature range: -65°C ... +125°C.
* 500 mating cycles.
* Insulator material: LCP 30% GV UL 94 V-O.
