Flanged ball valves

The flanged ball valves from Valvetechnologies have a bubble tight shut-off to ANSI FCI 70-2 which is achieved with an integral downstream seat that is completely protected from the flow path. The valves are manufactured to ISO 9001 and feature rocket applied metallic (RAM) hard coatings which consist of 80% chrome and 20% nickel chrome with a hardness of 66-69 Rockwell C. This coating provides good corrosion resistance and is suitable for application up to 1000°C.

A variety of pneumatic double-acting and spring return actuators, electric motors or hydraulic actuators, in addition to gear operators, available. The valves are sized, mounted and tested to meet the client's specification, and positioners and all accessories are readily available.

Various options are offered including bi-directional sealing, control trims, special end connections and hard coatings, various materials of construction, sizes up to 400 mm pressure classes to ANSI 4 500.

Each valve is serialised along with ID markings on all pressure containing parts. Seal testing is applied on all valves and test results are documented and maintained.
