Liquid and slurry samplers

Mitech's liquid and slurry samplers are designed for composition and consistency sampling in line sizes from 80 to 400 mm. Compact in design, they provide an accurate result eliminating human error and product spillage.
The robust devices feature a 316 stainless steel body and a powerful line pressure of up to 1200 kPa that is not exposed to the atmosphere. A standard volume sample of 125 ml is possible, or if required, a varied volume sample from 8 ml to continuous operation. Pneumatically piston actuated, the samplers feature polyurethane discs and Viton O-rings or PTFE seals for longer life.
The samplers are easily maintained and are suitable for effluent control, pulp and paper applications, acid sampling and similar use.
