Magnetic flowmeters for pulp and paper industry

The accurate measurement of paper pulp is well known as a problematic task, particularly when the liquid cannot be filtered and long fibres are present.
DLM is offering the ISOMAG Millennium, manufactured by Isoil Industria, as an answer to this problem. The instrument features a programmable on-site sampling frequency selection from 50 to 80 Hz, available as standard in sizes up to 300 mm.
In practical terms this feature means that the sampling can be carried out at a maximum of 150 samples per second or at an interval of 6,7 ms between two samples. This obviously allows the end user to select the frequency most suited to the media being measured thus providing the best accuracy and repeatability possible even in the harshest applications. The flowmeter is available with screwed, flanged, wafer or hygienic Tri-clamp and Tri-clover fittings certified 3A. A large variety of electrode and lining materials is also available.
