The Arca Ecotrol 8C control valve has proven itself in the process chemical, oil and gas as well as power generation industries for many years. The unique cage retainer and clamping seat system enables simple maintenance to be done without the need for special tools. The Ecotrol offers a wide range of process tailored valve internals, including standard parabolic plugs (either metal seated or with the patented Arca soft seal system), multistage low-noise perforated as well as double guided valve plugs. The gland packing system is certified according to TA Luft respectively ISO 15848 Class B for a temperature range from -46 to 200°C.
Arca has now extended the range to include valves with ANSI 600 and PN63 flanges or butt-welded ends. The valves meet ASTM and ASME standards applicable to the chemical and oil and gas industries. With the associated actuator type 812 with its innovative multi-spring field reversible diaphragm and associated intelligent positioners and optional spring chamber blanketing with instrument air, the Ecotrol 8C is a technically, eco-friendly and economical process control valve solution.
