Robust, standard centrifugal pumps

April 2014 Valves, Actuators & Pump Control

LEO’s XST series of robust, standard centrifugal pumps are designed for circulation and transfer of clean, chemically non-aggressive water and other liquids typically found in water supplies and irrigation, as well as water circulation in air conditioning systems. The 50 Hz, two-pole pumps feature a delivery of up to 220 m³/h with a 95 m head and are suitable for use in liquid temperatures from -10 to 85°C. Models are available for -20 up to 120°C operation on request.

With a maximum 12 bar (PN12) operating pressure, the pumps have a mechanical seal in compliance with DIN 24960 and they are lubricated by an internal recirculated pumped liquid. A counter flange is available on request.

A variety of pumps are offered from 0,75 up to 55 kW and from 1 to 75 HP. The rear entry feature allows an impellor, control valve and motor to be extracted without disconnecting the pump body from the pipe. The motor meets IP54 protection requirements and is overload protected.

LEO is the first Chinese pump manufacturer to be listed on China’s stock exchange and has the only state-authorised technical centre for physical and chemical testing of pumps and garden tools. The company plays an important role in many critical fields such as civil water supply, agricultural irrigation, industrial water treatment, heating ventilation engineering, power station construction, petrochemical engineering and mining. LEO pumps are sold in over 140 countries and regions worldwide and the company has grown into the largest small-sized water pump manufacturer in China.
