OMSA valves for corrosive environments

Praher offers a range of thermoplastic valves ideally suited for use in the handling of acid mine drainage. The valves are produced to the highest international quality standards and materials of construction include U-PVC, polypropylene, PVDF and C-PVC.

This choice of body materials makes them suitable for a wide range of chemical and corrosive environments, either alkaline or acid, enabling solutions for various chemical management problems encountered in operations such as mineral and metals refining, dosing for water treatment plants and neutralising of metallurgical effluents.

Manual and automatic types are available completed by Praher’s own design of actuators, either pneumatic or electric and ball valves are available with ISO 5211 mounting brackets making it possible to fit any standard ¼ turn actuators, thus enabling users to choose their actuator of preference.
