Weighing performance in dry and wash-down environments

August 2012 Mass Measurement

The Ohaus BW series compact bench scale is a cost-effective portioning, packing and general weighing scale designed to provide fast and accurate weighing performance in dry and wash-down environments. With an internal sealed rechargeable lead-acid battery, IP65 housing and high-speed display update, the Ohaus BW Series offers durability and dependability in an affordable design.

The IP65 housing means the BW is protected from dust and low pressure water jets from all directions, as well as, corrosion, sleet and rain. Cleaning of these bench scales when they get dirty is thus no problem.

Ohaus offers a full line of durable and precise scales designed for use in food processing, food handling and foodservice applications. From sub-gram precision compact bench scales (with baker’s percentage software), up to floor scales for warehouse and receiving, the commercial product range combines durability with ease of use and precision to fit operational requirements.
