Wi-Fi camera from Yale

26 February 2020 Smart Home Automation

The Wi-Fi camera is a standalone outdoor camera with a build-it LED spotlight. It is ideal for doorways and entrances, and the spotlight can be activated remotely or it can be triggered on motion detection.

This camera also has two-way audio. You can talk to pets and loved ones remotely using the Yale View app. In addition, it has a siren which can be triggered remotely on the app.

Users can also block specific positions by image masking to prevent unwanted notification. For example, mask off an area in the camera image and the app will only send you notifications when movement is detected outside that area.

The camera uses Wi-Fi so it can easily be installed anywhere within a Wi-Fi signal area and is also ideal for rental home as you can take it with you when you move.

The camera is self-monitored, connects easily to other security products in the Yale Smart Living family, and works with Alexa and the Google Assistant.
