The Paladin electronic time switches, new to Timecount, are one or two channel LCD units which are programmable over seven days. There are 30 switching functions per day and a minimum switching time of 1 s. The switches are suitable for controlling bakeries for preheating ovens, security lights, industrial machinery, diesel generating sets, alarms and ringing of bells for breaks at factories or schools.
Simple to program, the single channel unit controls one application while the two-channel model runs two separate functions simultaneously. The Paladin has an elapsed timer display and will indicate when the timer has operated during a 24 h period. There is also a manual override switch. An internal battery enables the unit to hold its programmed information for a period of up to approximately six years.
Holiday programming is possible for up to 99 days, programmed up to six days in advance. The dimensions of this slimline time switch are 45 x 35 x 55 mm (DIN rail mount). Housing is moulded from self-extinguishing thermoplastic and it has a sealable, transparent front cover. Supply voltage requirements are standard 230 V, 50 to 60 Hz, with other voltages available on request.
