The locally designed and manufactured range of pneumatic and electro-pneumatic positioners from Mitech are suitable for up to 1 MPa supply, offering both double acting and single acting modes.
Three take-off options are available including 45° linear, 45° rotary and 90° rotary. The corrosion resistant positioners are available with or without gauges and are suitable for either a 4-20 mA or 20-100 kPa signal. The positioners are easily maintained and are field reversible, eliminating the need for any changes in the pipework. By replacing the pneumatic signal module with a bolt-on I/P module, the positioners become suitable for accepting the 4 to 20 mA signal.
An optional, internationally accepted certification for intrinsic safety for Class 1, 2, 3, Division 1, Groups C,D,E,F and G is available when installed with the appropriate energy limiting energy barriers.
