Intelligent, addressable RS422/485 to RS232 converter

RS232 is the most used serial communication standard for computer systems, equipment, PLC, and industrial devices. Nevertheless, due to its peer-to-peer network topology and unbalanced transmission, the speed is limited and the distance communication capability is constrained.

The NuDAM-6521 is an intelligent addressable RS232/485 to RS232 converter. It is capable of converting the RS422/485 communication signals and hence permitting the user's RS232 device to easily link up to the RS422/485 multidrop network.
