Following the liquidation of Planit Technology Holdings, the management has successfully completed the buyout of the assets of Adroit Technologies.
According to managing director Dave Wibberley, the buyout brings to an end a turbulent period in the company's history. "This buyout rightfully returns the business to the people who have worked so hard and contributed towards the company's success. The past four years as part of an ill-fated listed entity failed to add the value we anticipated and we are happy that this period in our history is now a thing of the past. The future has never looked better and this buyout is an indication of the confidence the management and staff have in the business going forward."
