Set Point Group achieves level three BEE status

Set Point Group and its seven divisions recently achieved a level 3 BEE status, a great breakthrough for the group that offers analytical solutions, mining manufacturing support and fluid handling products. The rating entitles the division’s customers to recognise 110% of procurement spend through purchases made by the company.
Set Point Group’s divisions include Letaba Group, Meter Systems, African Mineral Standards (AMIS), WearCheck Africa, North West GoPro, Set Point Laboratories and Pneumax Southern Africa.
Pneumax Southern African has established itself as a leader in the pneumatic and automation industry, it offers innovative, modern and reliable products, ranging from pneumatic command valves to pneumatic cylinders.
Meter Systems is a fluid handling equipment supplier, providing flowmeters, pumps, nozzles, hoses and hose reels, drainers, dispensers and management equipment, loading arms, folding stairs and a range of spares and accessories.
Letaba Group supplyies quality pumps and brings new solutions to the market, thus adding value to its customers. The group has vast experience and expertise in the pumping industry and offers diverse products that cater for various industries.
Set Point Laboratories (SPL) offers a range of analytical tests on platinum group metals, gold, uranium and water. It also provides outsourced and managed on-site laboratories, which allows clients to focus on their core competencies while ensuring that the analytical data received is accurate and consistent.
WearCheck is a leading oil condition monitoring company, serving the mining, earthmoving, transport and electrical industries through the scientific analysis of used oil from mechanical and electrical systems.
AMIS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified producer and global supplier of certified reference material for the mining exploration and geochemical industries.
Nort West GoPro manufactures high quality hopper/locomotive wheels and skip guide rollers. The company has become a major force in the supply of a large range of engineering products to the mining industry, both locally and on the international market.
