To showcase its range of energy saving Mitsubishi Electric variable speed drives, Adroit Technologies recently hosted a technical evening for clients in the company’s newly launched demonstration centre. Christian Schaepers, a product specialist for frequency inverters from Mitsubishi Germany, and Rowan Krebs, product manager for variable speed drives for Adroit, showed how these drives are setting new standards in performance and energy-saving capability, making Mitsubishi Electric a top global supplier with more than 19 million units sold worldwide. In 2012, Adroit was appointed as an authorised distributor for sub-Saharan Africa of the Mitsubishi Electric range of automation products. The product range includes PLCs, PACs, remote I/O, variable speed drives, operator panels and power monitoring devices.
