The goal of the course is to present the principles, design and application of flow measurement systems. Fluid flow fundamentals are emphasised before discussing flow measurement accuracy, performance, technology, specification, installation and maintenance.

David, an ISA Life Fellow and Professional Engineer, authored over 10 books including the seminar text ‘Industrial Flow Measurement’. This three-day seminar will enable students to:

* Understand flowmeter calibration techniques.
* Perform gas flow compensation calculations.
