OMSA to exhibit at KZN industrial trade show

The OMSA Group will be exhibiting at the KZN Industrial Trade Show to be held at the Durban Convention Centre from 23-26 July. It will showcase the Desponia range of butterfly valves, manufactured in Europe by InterApp to ensure maximum plant availability in demanding industrial applications. Well suited for the sugar industry, the valves have a proven track record with a local sugar manufacturer.
One of the many advantages of these valves lies in the advanced liner. OMSA offers the high temperature (HT) EPDM liner as standard, this liner offers many advantages over the standard variety, standard EPDM should only be put into applications below 95°C. Some claim that the standard EPDM can handle short exposure to higher temperatures, but in fact, this dramatically reduces the lifespan of the valve. HT-EPDM is designed to work at temperatures up to 130°C.
The company will also have its instrumentation, lubrication and filter systems on display. OMSA can be found on Stand D23.
