New South African office extends global reach for tna

May 2013 News

Packaging solutions specialist, tna, is pleased to announce the opening of a new regional office in Johannesburg. The move demonstrates the company’s commitment to strengthen its presence in the region and forms part of tna’s global expansion strategy to reinforce its position in the international packaging industry.

Traditionally used as a gateway to Africa, South Africa provides tna with direct access to a promising new market for future growth. Based in Johannesburg, the company’s new office will host tna sales and service staff and will provide the company with a direct link to growing local customer base in South Africa and across the continent.

“We are pleased to expand our global reach with the opening of the South African office,” comments tna MD, Michael Green. “We have been actively involved in the African market for over 10 years and are excited about the opportunity to provide our customers here with a dedicated contact base. Our new office in Johannesburg will not only allow us to react to local trends and developments quickly, but more importantly it will enable us to provide better service in the region.”

The South African office is the company’s third facility opening in 2013 and follows the successful introduction of an office in Brazil and the launch of its European manufacturing hub in the UK.
