CraigCor Distribution, distributors of industrial automation and control equipment, has expanded its regional presence into the Western Cape. The expansion has been facilitated by the company’s acquisition of AB Switchgear Distributors’ operations and the subsequent merger of CraigCor Distribution and Schipper Electrical. Clients in the Western Cape will be serviced from the local branch office which has been established on Section Street in Paarden Eiland. The branch will host an experienced team of sales and field service professionals as well as a comprehensive stock holding aligned to local market requirements.
CraigCor Distribution’s John Lingenfelder notes: “The establishment of the Cape Town branch office will provide us with a platform to better serve our clients who have operations both in Gauteng and the Western Cape, as well as to provide potential and existing clients in the Cape region with the service levels that our current clients have come to expect of us”.
