FSG’s FS-S line of compact electronic pedal actuated transmitters is designed to actuate hydraulic control equipment: the units send electrical control signals depending on the pedal deflection. Typical application fields include construction and drilling vehicles, cranes and excavators, wheel loaders and working platforms as well as forklifts and storage and retrieval machines.
Manufactured from aluminium, the transmitters are IP68 protected for use under extreme operating conditions. They are suitable for an extended temperature range -30 to 70°C, and have a 12° pedal angle. The pedal-actuated transmitters are based on wear-free, non-contact magnetic measuring systems that provide analog (4-20 mA, 0-10 V) or digital (CANopen) control signals at the output. Additionally, FSG provides models with redundant interfaces for safety relevant applications according to IEC 61508 SIL or ISO 13849 PL.
