The ABP FSXK 3019 coupling from Countapulse Controls is designed to be flexible while remaining strong under high torsional loads. Offering a rigid mechanical interface, this innovative spring disc coupling is suitable for shaft diameters up to 10 mm.
Essentially a spring disc coupling is a high performance motion control device designed to be the torque transmitting element connecting two shafts while accommodating for shaft misalignment. This coupling ensures optimal shaft displacement offset.
The ABP FSXK 3019 has a length of 18,3 mm and is ideal for use in applications where small clearances exist. The robust spring membranes are made of stainless steel and are connected with a clamp jaw and secured by Torx-screws. Even in critical applications it is capable of functioning up to 12 000 rpm making it a good solution for high speed applications.
