Whether it is information on a drive component, the nearest SEW contact or error diagnostic support for an inverter, the new iPhone apps from SEW-Eurodrive are designed to assist.
The three new apps let users access this information via mobile at any time and from any location:
SEW product ID
Simply enter the unique identification code into the iPhone app and it will give all the information about the unit in question, whether it be wiring information or a visual check of the mounting position.
SEW Diagnostics
SEW Diagnostics supports users by diagnosing drive inverter faults quickly. Simply enter the error code of the inverter to obtain the possible causes of failure and the matching solutions.
SEW Contacts – coming soon!
Find the nearest SEW contact for any questions related to sales and service. This app provides phone numbers, e-mail addresses and postal addresses of subsidiaries and the 24h service hotline.
These downloads are available free of charge to iPhone users. Visit the AppStore for more details.
