Endress+Hauser Pyroyemp relocates

Endress+Hauser Pyrotemp has relocated to state-of-the art production facilities in Benoni, Gauteng. The new competence centre for temperature features the latest in production technology that will further boost the development of specialised temperature control solutions. “The relocation of the business was the ideal opportunity to restructure the manufacturing processes as well as investing in new machinery,” says MD, Rudy Rudolph.

Endress+Hauser invested over R20 million in the new production facilities that were rebuilt in just five months. The 2500 square metre facility was designed not only to increase production capacity but also to improve quality and set a new industry standard. “We strive to exceed all quality standards and our next step is to have the business certified according to ISO 9000,” explains Rudy. He adds that the company employees’ skills and knowledge are its most valuable assets. Currently 19 people are employed with 10 of those working on production.

Until recently, the company developed and manufactured thermocouples, RTD and thermowells in rented premises in Boksburg. The new contact details are as follows:
