Keller’s high-accuracy LEO 2 digital manometer handles demanding monitoring tasks in the plant and machinery manufacturing sector. In the compensated temperature range from 0-50°C, this micro-processor-controlled instrument records two measured values per second with typical overall accuracy of 0,1% FS. The dual digital display updates twice every second, showing the measured value and the minimum or maximum value attained.
Two ergonomically positioned keys give the operator reliable access to the microprocessor-based functionality of the LEO manometer. The stored MAX/MIN can be erased and reset to zero, or the device can be switched to continuous mode. In continuous operating mode, the battery has a capacity of up to 1400 hours. The LEO 2 has a standard automatic switch-off time of about 15 minutes after the last key was pressed. This function extends the battery life where continuous operation is not required.
As a special feature, LEO 2 also offers an unusual operating mode that is highly relevant under practical conditions: It has a Zero Tare feature which allows the user to set the zero at any pressure, so the manometer will then always show deviations from the Zero Tare as the measured value.
This manometer is available with four measurement ranges from –1 to 700 bar. The standard design offers IP65 as the housing protection class and an optional protective cover enables the LEO 2 to operate reliably outdoors in all weather conditions. This instrument is also available in an Exia ATEX approved version compliant with 94/9/EC (ATEX 100a).
LEO 2 comes standard with a swivel pressure connection to optimise readout alignment during operation.
