Wattcor ultra-reliable solid-state switches for power up to 600 A.

The compact Gefran Wattcor W211/212 line (high power SSRs) offers reliable switching of large resistive loads and has low heat dissipation. As an alternative to thyristor and contactor switching devices the Wattcor SSRs offer a number of advantages that have made these units popular:

* Designed without any moving parts they may be used in dusty and rough environments where contactors could suffer from reduced operating life.

* Electronic overload protection up to 13 times nominal current.

* Load failure detection.

* Short circuit or current failure detection.
