ARP0108 certification for Honeywell

Honeywell’s OneWireless network and wireless transmitters are now ARP0108 certified, thereby meeting the South African requirement that all imported explosion protected apparatus be re-certified in South Africa to ARP0108 standard.
The second edition of ARP 0108 ie, ARP 0108 Edition 1.1: 2007 was published in March 2007. As from September 2007, all imported Ex apparatus should be covered by an IA number issued by a local certifying body. This number must appear on all certified equipment.
