With increasing legislation and environmental demands pH is one of the most important online measurements that can automate processes, improve efficiency, minimise waste and save money.
Temperature Controls offers a variety of options, the BP9 Series of surface mounting controllers offer relay outputs for simple on/off control of dosing pumps or valves. The MPD53 or HPT63 series offer both relay and current outputs for proportional control in applications where accurate dosing is required.
The SP100 or SP200 pH electrodes are a standard 12 mm diameter pH electrode in the European PG13.5 format, with a double junction reference. They have detachable connection cables with a selection of mounting options available including a retractable system. For many applications the S400 Processprobe sensors are ideal and can be supplied with dip or inline mounting options. They can be used with virtually any pH meter and come in a choice of body styles with an option for a built in solution ground.
Dynaprobe pH electrodes are suitable for high temperature, high pressure industrial process applications. The patented solid state reference cell features the unique Ion trap design for extended service life in the most severe applications.
Self-cleaning and spray-wash adaptors can be fitted to all the styles of pH electrodes to reduce maintenance and improve electrode life, in applications where the pH electrode bulb is prone to coating. An isolating break tank with ball valve and suitable pump can be supplied to complete the cleaning system while the MPD53 and HPT63 instruments can be used to control the spray wash cleaning cycles.
