Local system integrator, Iritron, has introduced a corporate logo. Managing director, Alwyn Rautenbach explains: “Every three years we look at the business from a strategic point of view and with the growth we had over the past few years it became obvious that we needed to start branding our products and services.”
He says that the criterion during design was to create an icon that illustrated the global expansion the company is currently enjoying. “We felt the blue circle containing the italicised ‘I’ projected the image we wanted,” he explains, “and it will become our identifier in all future advertising".
