Elquip is expanding

Elquip Solutions, a local supplier of electrical and automation equipment, has added European company SES-Sterling to the agencies it represents in South Africa.
“We saw a potential gap in the market for high quality, but well-priced cable and insulation protection products and accessories. With many of our clients requiring not only the drives and PLCs to enable automation processes for their facilities, but also the additional supplies to make this process safe, efficient and in line with regulations, it was clear to us that we needed to provide them with a one-stop source of these products,” says Mike Cronin, owner and manager of the company.
SES-Sterling is a family business, which manufactures a wide range of electrical accessories with the emphasis on growth and constant innovation. Some of the SES-Sterling products available from Elquip Solutions include: cable and insulation protection products, metallic and thermoplastic glands, clamps and cable conduit, cable marking, fixation methods, and electrical tools for soldering, crimping, and wire stripping.
“We believe in providing our clients with the appropriate technology and products to meet their needs, as well as to serve their best interests in terms of the balance between value for money and quality.
This is always uppermost in our minds when we source new international agencies. With SES-Sterling, we believe we have found another good fit with both the Elquip ethos of high quality and value, as well as with the existing products and agencies we represent,” Cronin concludes.
