The range sets standards for high precision measurement
Baumer load cells are characterised by highly accurate force absorption and precise, low-noise, dynamic signal processing during all measuring tasks. Accuracy levels of 0,3% can be achieved. Thanks to IP65/IP67 protection and stainless steel housing, the sensors are suited for use in harsh environments. Compact sizing (diameters starting at 32 mm) makes them ideal for installation where space is limited as well as for retrofits. The new DLRx line of force measurement cells covers the entire conventional force range (0,5 to 100 kN). The strain gauges are arranged to compensate non-centrally applied forces. In addition, they can be used for both static and dynamic applications and can be employed to measure both compression and tension.
Baumer force measurement cells can be ordered as either passive units or equipped with an amplifier to form a complete measuring chain. The appropriate DABx bridge amplifiers are available with a voltage (ñ10 V) and 4-20 mA outputs.
