Complete CNC Service exhibits in Eastern Cape
February 2008
News
The 2008 Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition will be showcasing a large variety of the top technologies that have made the Eastern Cape the industrial hub that it is today. Over and above its hands-on exhibits that range from chemical, plastics and air technologies to logistics and supply chain management, the Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition will also be showcasing top software suppliers in the region. One such exhibitor is Complete CNC Service, an InventorCAM software supplier.
InventorCAM is used in mechanical manufacturing, electronics, consumer products, machine design, automotive and aerospace industries, as well as in rapid prototyping. At any stage of the manufacturing process, the system provides powerful functions to display, analyse and machine the rest of the material, while its automatic feature recognition and machining (AFRM) module automates the manufacturing of parts. It also supplies realistic verification tools for 2D simulation, solid verification and machine simulation.
Complete CNC Service will be exhibiting Inventor software, which incorporates InventorCAM and thus removes the need for two software packages. "You design and create your tool path inside Inventor", says Graham Ferreira of Complete CNC Service, with all machining operations being defined, calculated and verified without leaving the Inventor environment.
4000 visitors are expected at the Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition, to be held in Port Elizabeth from 20 to 22 February 2008 at the Port Elizabeth harbour's fresh produce terminal.
