Danntech has developed a four input process signal display that is designed to provide cost effective display of four process values. Ranging and flexible labelling provide versatility for displaying the analog signals in appropriate digital format. Based on a 128 x 64 dot matrix LCD display, the analog signals can be scaled and displayed with general or individual labels. Precision and sign options can be set to suit the application. The active display dimensions are 38 x 70 mm resulting in a digit height of approximately 12 mm.
The display operates off an input supply of 24 V d.c. and provides galvanic isolation in excess of 500 V d.c. between input and supply. Backlighting is included for industrial applications.
The unit is panel mounted to suit the application, up to IP66 if required using a suitable sealing gasket between the front face and the panel. Screw terminals are provided at the rear for signal connection. The front panel outside dimensions are 110 x 120 mm and the rear enclosure cover depth is less than 60 mm.
