The third International Conference on Laser Processes and Components is taking place in Shanghai, China on 18 and 19 March 2008 in conjunction with the World of Photonics China 2008 exhibition. Laser material processing procedures, laser components as well as current developments and trends in optical technologies will be presented at the two-day conference. The individual sessions of the conference are laser micro processing, laser macro processing, optical components, and laser systems and laser safety.
The conference is designed to promote exchange of information between science and industry. It is being organised by Messe Munchen, the Laser Center Hanover, the Laser Institute of America and the Chinese Optical Society.
