Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition 2008
November 2007
News
Port Elizabeth eagerly anticipates the arrival of the Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition, to be held from 20 to 22 February 2008 at the Fresh Produce Terminal in the Port Elizabeth Harbour.
Over and above the latest safety, engineering, instrumentation and machinery products and services that the exhibition showcases, the event has also had a strong automotive presence in previous years. This comes as no surprise if one takes into consideration that Port Elizabeth stands as the automotive industry hub of South Africa.
The success of Port Elizabeth's contribution to the national automotive industry is expected to grow this year, according to the Port Elizabeth Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry. As a whole, South Africa is globally ranked as one of the best performing automotive markets in terms of its domestic sales and industry production.
With the last exhibition attracting close on 4000 visitors, the Eastern Cape Industrial Technology Exhibition 2008 promises to be just as successful. The exhibition's primary visitor profile comprises senior decision makers and buyers, making this an opportunity to make noteworthy business contacts and to view the best that the Eastern Cape industry has to offer - from the automotive world and beyond.
