Sensor manufacturer, Banner Engineering, has announced the addition of the K50L and K80L to its extensive line of EZ-LIGHT indicator lights. The highly visible 50 mm dome indicator lights, in a choice of two housing styles, can be mounted almost anywhere. These two models offer an alternative solution to cumbersome post and stack lights and have a compact, low-profile design for easy installation and use in challenging plant applications.
The indicator lights feature brightly coloured solid or flashing LEDs for optimal visibility and are available in four configurations offering various permutations of multicoloured lamps in a single housing.
The K50L and K80L indicator lights are available in two compact designs for easy mounting directly on a machine, elevated or flat-mounted to a wall or DIN rail. The solid state LEDs eliminate bulb replacement and the rugged fully-encapsulated housing withstands wash down and other demanding industrial environments.
Application possibilities include operator guidance, monitoring industrial machinery, signalling assembly part requests and bin picking and part placement in assembly cells.
Wiring of K80L models is made easy with an integrated wiring chamber under a removable cover or with a pre-wired quick disconnect Euro type connector. The K50L has a 30 mm threaded mounting base for use with a variety of EZ-LIGHT mounting systems, allowing cabinet and flat surface mounting with a single drilled hole.
