Honeywell hits the road
August 2007
News
Honeywell is hosting three Solutions Days around South Africa during August and September 2007. These aim to create awareness and raise the profile of what Honeywell and its solutions are capable of delivering.
Themed: 'A Galaxy of Solutions', local and international experts will showcase value-based presentations with technology booths available for more technical information.
Julie Brown, Honeywell's regional market leader, said: "The Honeywell Solutions Days will be highlighting how various solutions and applications intertwine to cover Wireless, Safety, Industrial Security, Corrosion, Training and Development, Knowledge Management and Customer Support. Honeywell does not only offer expertise to the petrochemical industries but also to mining, metals and minerals, building security, oil and gas as well as plant and perimeter surveillance systems.
"We are investing just under R1 million into these Solutions Days which will be held in Durban, Johannesburg and Secunda. In addition to sector exhibits, the events will offer technical presentations and debates, as well as the opportunity for delegates to participate in a Q and A session," said Brown.
The roadshows are scheduled as follows: Durban: 27 August; Secunda: 30 and 31 August; Johannesburg: 3 and 4 September.
