WSP Consulting Engineers SA has promoted Steve Gagliardini to office director of its Sandton Office.

Paulo da Silva has been appointed regional sales leader for the Instrumentation, Measurement and Control (IMC) division at Honeywell, Midrand, and will be responsible for the development of the African market.
