Safe barcode scanning for hazardous areas

Bartec's new MC9090ex-K Mobile Computer, which is an upgrade of the highly successful MC9060 range, is a compact unit for safe barcode scanning in hazardous areas. The scan trigger is positioned in such a way that barcodes can be captured very conveniently.

The integrated radio module enables realtime data access to your host system. The MC9090ex-K combines the strength of Microsoft's Pocket PC platform with the power of the Intel XScaleTM PXA270 processor with 625 MHz.

A further highlight is the large easy-to-read 1/4 VGA colour display with touchscreen technology. The MC 9090ex-K is working with the IEEE 802.11a/b/g radio standard (direct sequence).

Features include:

* Realtime data access.

* Maximum usage between charges with rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

* WLAN radio technology IEEE 802.11a/b/g.

* Bluetooth.

* Memory: 64/128 MB - additional memory (SD card) 500 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB on request.

* Windows Mobile 2005.

Gun version also available

The MC 9090ex-G Mobile Computer version with a pistol grip has a scanning distance of approximately 15 m. The scan trigger is conveniently positioned at the pistol grip, allowing barcodes to be captured with only one hand. The integrated radio module enables realtime data access to your host system.
