OMSA expands customer care
March 2007
News
The OMSA Group of Companies - Operational Marketing and OMSA Valves and Instrumentation - has expanded its customer care services with the appointment of Lennie van Rensburg (OMSA) and Vallerie Naicker (Operational Marketing) as customer service advisers.
Lennie van Rensburg brings proven sales and customer care experience from the office equipment and printing sectors to the group as well as marketing and brand awareness expertise.
Lennie said: "This opportunity with OMSA affords me great challenges. My proactive approach to ensuring the current client base is well looked after with greater communications emphasis is paramount to the continued success of the group. My focus will be to offer customers support wherever and whenever required. It is crucial that I ensure that not only existing customers receive appropriate and regular attention but also to ensure that new business development is high on the agenda. The continued building of the brand awareness of all the agencies held by OMSA is essential, as is research into customer perceptions of the group in order for us to identify areas needing immediate re-assessment and intervention."
Vallerie Naicker commented on her recent appointment: "I look forward to being in a position to re-kindle the existing client base at Operational Marketing for the benefit of the company. I have an extensive background in sales from the computer, IT and education sectors. Working in a new environment such as industrial filters and lubrication presents many learning curves in terms of knowledge gain. I am here to assist the sales team in new business creation, ensure open dialogue between Operational Marketing and the customer is functioning satisfactorily and to establish the group on the approved vendors list. My immediate challenge is to make a huge difference, as quickly as possible."
Citing communications, relationship building, complete product and product systems solutions knowledge and awareness as a priority, both advisors are available on a 24/7 basis to customers and potential customers.
