International summit for innovations: HANNOVER MESSE 2007

March 2007 News

From 16 to 20 April, HANNOVER MESSE 2007 will be featuring 13 international flagship fairs for industrial technology at the same time and place - at the exhibition grounds in Hannover, Germany. Together these events present a cross-section of all the latest technical innovations, trends and know-how for all the major industries. At least 6000 exhibitors are expected to occupy a display area of over 200 000 square metres.

The core themes of HANNOVER MESSE 2007 are industrial automation, power transmission and control, energy technology, industrial subcontracting and services, cutting-edge technologies and R&D.

HANNOVER MESSE holds a mirror to the innovative forces at work in the many technological fields which are the driving forces of today's industrial community. Besides featuring a rich array of state-of-the-art products, the fair also puts a major spotlight on product interplay and holistic, interdisciplinary solutions. As the world's leading technology fair, HANNOVER MESSE affords a complete overview of new technologies and their place in the end-to-end industrial process chain. Thanks to the unique scope and diversity of HANNOVER MESSE, trade visitors can find complete solutions for tasks in virtually every area of industrial production - a claim that no other exhibition can assert.

The 'Motion, Drive and Automation' (MDA) show held once every two years is a case in point. When it opens its doors next year, visitors will once again discover the entire spectrum of electric, mechanical and fluid power transmission in a display that embraces every aspect of industrial automation. Separate trade shows will showcase the related fields of compressed air and vacuum technology and surface treatment at HANNOVER MESSE 2007.

A brand new trade show - FM Solutions - has now joined the HANNOVER MESSE lineup. With its novel concept uniting both the supplier and user sides, FM Solutions illuminates the field of industrial facility management in a comprehensive and totally new way.
