The SCRJ plug connector from Phoenix Contact is one of the first IP 67-compliant fibre-optic plug connecters with quick connection technology available on the market. With its 2,5 mm wide housing, the EN 50377-6-1-compliant small form factor plug connector is suitable for standard fibre types, such as multimode glass fibre, HCS and polymer fibre. IP 20 and IP 67-compliant, easy-to-use plug connectors are available for these fibre types.
Due to the easy handling, connecting the plug connectors is possible even under harsh conditions in an industrial environment.
