Spirax-Sarco raises service levels

Spirax-Sarco is now able to improve customer service and raise service levels by providing a fully comprehensive product support field service. Four new mobile vehicles have been purchased and equipped allowing sales personnel to carry out assessments on steam plants, and to conduct a full steam and controls equipment survey. On-site installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs and after sales service can be accomplished at the plant. The mobile workshops are on standby and ready to react immediately should a need arise.
At the completion of the survey, the client is provided with a comprehensive report including suggestions and recommendations regarding the maintenance and efficiency of the plant.
The company's vehicles are based at the head office in Johannesburg and at each of its main branches in Natal, Eastern Cape and Western Cape.
