Leading weighing company, Autotech Weighing Systems, has expanded its range of bag filling systems to include high speed and 'smalls' nett weighing packing system. Chronos Richardson bagging lines have been developed to meet higher production requirements. The innovative dual-spout system allows bagging capacities of up to 1800 bags per hour.
"Optimised bag transfer and guidelines allow standard closing devices to be used despite the high throughput," explains Richard Loffell, MD of Autotech. Increased empty bag storage capacity allows the machine to be operated by one person only. "Now the Chronos Richardson range of automatic bagging and palletising systems covers the widest range available from one of the worlds leading suppliers of weighing, bagging and batching systems for bulk powders and loose material."
A laboratory with extensive testing facilities is available where specific products with difficult flow characteristics can be tested. This enables the user to make the right choice of machine for his plant. "We have many years of experience in maximising throughput and related profits from our equipment. With our specialised knowledge, we can help to achieve accuracy and production increases," concludes Loffell.
