WAGO has added new items to the 788 and 789 Series relays. The relay modules, Series 789, are designed for use in distribution boards as well as in meter cabinets. They are also suitable for interfacing between 24 V control systems and high voltage equipment. This product range has been expanded to include the two following components: a 24 V d.c. four-way relay module and a 24 V d.c. two-way relay module; the break contacts are capable of carrying 16 A each.

The relay sockets in the Series 788 are particularly well suited for switching applications in industrial and process automation. They can also be mounted close to the machines as the Cage Clamp S technology allows the connection of all types of conductors, and the robust lever protects the relay against vibrations. The lever eases relay replacement even when the relay sockets are placed close to each other. The new components consist of a relay module with positively driven contacts and a relay module with manually operated contacts.
