Wonderware's corporate customer support services organisation has achieved certification from the Support Centre Practices (SCP) certification programme for the third consecutive year. This year, Wonderware exceeded the SCP compliance requirements as well as the SCP community benchmark average.
To achieve SCP certification, a company must meet or exceed stringent requirements in several categories including customer feedback, services delivery, training, total quality management, sales and service, research and development, and corporate commitment and strategy.
"By meeting or exceeding the requirements specified for each element of the programme, Wonderware continues to improve operational performance and is committed to maintaining the highest possible customer satisfaction levels," said Neal Hatton, Wonderware director of technical support. The organisation provides detailed technical assistance and problem resolution and backs a network of over 160 Wonderware certified support providers around the world.
