Elquip Solutions is the sole SA distributor of Zanardo panels and enclosures, which are TUV certified and conform to C.E.S.I. standards. Based in Italy, the manufacturing process for panels of this standard is quite unique. The steel first spends five minutes in the phosphorisation process, then it is thoroughly rinsed in demineralised water and dried at 110°C. The powder (an epoxy/polyester blend) is applied and the components are baked between 180 and 200°C. While the international standard for the paint thickness is 70 to 80 µm, Zanardo's standard is between 90 and 120 µm.
Elquip Solutions believes that it has made a significant impact on the market through the distribution of these high quality panels and enclosures. The company offers a wide variety of panels from 180 x 150 x 80 mm junction boxes to 2,21 m x 1,6 m x 800 mm control panels. Also on offer is a comprehensive range of desks MCCs and computer panels.
The complete range of panels and enclosures is also available in AISI 304 stainless steel. A complete range of Zanardo accessories is also on offer. Different colours are available on request. Large stock quantities are held by Elquip Solutions - and non-stock items can be supplied within four to six weeks.
