Digital Process Measurement has designed the Model 4015 to meet the specialised requirements where two inputs need to be processed together - to add, subtract, divide, multiply/ratio. Each input is selectable for 0 to 10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA and separately scaleable. It is possible to display input 1, input 2 or the result.
Examples of applications include adding two separate flows together to derive the total; subtracting one level from another to obtain the difference; multiplying temperature with pressure for steam or air flow indication. Options available on these DIN 48 x 98 mm LED instruments include 0 to 5/10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA retransmission, maximum four setpoints/alarm, galvanic isolated DC supply, parallel BCD, peak hold or RS232 output.
The Model 4015 is part of the 4000 range of four digit microprocessor indicators which measure and display all process variables such as temperature, pressure, level, flow, DC voltages or currents. As with all the internationally-distributed panel meters designed and manufactured by Digital Process Measurement, the Model 4015 is produced to ISO 9001 standards, complies with CE requirements and comes with a three year guarantee.
